• Various dictionaries and the Internet for any additional research that may be needed
I also have access to a fax machine, e-mail, and T3 file transfer for reliable communication.

I nvoices:
Invoices are sent via e-mail on the 15th and the last day of every month. For first-time business, the invoice will be due upon completion of transcript.
Payment:
Payments are accepted by check or PayPal. Payments will be due within 7 days of invoice date. Any payment not received within 30 days will be subject to a $50 fee.
Variance of Rates:
Very rarely there may be a challenging transcript which may call for an inordinate amount of research because of poor audio, unique expert subject matter, a difficult-to-understand witness or a large amount of drops, mistranslates or untranslates. If this situation should arise, I will contact the reporter right away to discuss how the matter should proceed, whether a rate increase is warranted or the transcript should be returned to the reporter for completion.
